Event Details

It's been said that ADDers are more ruled by their emotions than neuro-typical people. I can't speak to that, but I can certainly say that in my experience it is true for me. So in this meeting, we will talk about how to identify and manage our emotions and how we can change situations for the better when we find our emotions are getting the better of us.
