Join us again for a night of empowerment, enlightenment and insight!
A ticket grants you access to all the evening has to offer including starting off the evening with a presentation by a local intuitive, Jennifer McKenzie (http://www.jennifermckenzie.net), two 15 minute one-on-one readings with a medium/psychic/intuitive, a 15/20 minute session with an alternative healer (ex. Reiki), silent auction, coffee, tea and our delicous sweets table! We will also have a cash bar to give our guests more options.
Doors open at 6:30pm giving our guests time to choose which intuitives and healer they would like to sign up with for their sessions, as well as check out our silent auction before a short presentation from a local psychic medium starting at 7:00pm.
We have revamped our timing and will now announce auction winners at 9:15pm, during our intermission, instead of at the end of the night. Our ticket prices this year are $40.00 online and $50.00 at the door - the entirety of which goes directly to the charity!
Shannon and I are international interns for 'Eat So They Can'. It is a non-profit charity which aims to create lasting solutions to child hunger and women's empowerment on a global scale. Our annual fundraising campaign, Eat So They Can, is a Global Dinner Party involving thousands of people around the world hosting events. The goal of Eat So They Can is to raise funds and awareness for GVN Foundation’s nutrition programs in Africa, Asia and Latin America.
Shannon and I have raised money in the past for specific childrens programs in both the Philipines and Kenya and this year we are focusing all of our fundraising skills on school programs in Niarobi, Kenya.
This charity is a registered non-profit and has special consultative status with the UN. Please check it out - eatsotheycan.org
