About this event

These groups are reserved for those who have attended a BridgePoint Virtual Retreat.

Weekly Deep Dives for BridgePoint Alumni are ongoing and will run on Wednesday evenings from 7-9pm. Deep Dives are an opportunity for our BP Alumni to remain in community, foster connection and explore topics that are vital in the recovery journey. Topics include many of the traditional BridgePoint components and new ones will be added intermittently. These weekly groups are available to attend if you have completed a previous BridgePoint programming.

Please sign up for the weeks that you are able to attend! Each week will have a different theme with a variety of facilitators. We appreciate if you can go in and cancel if you are unable to attend to release your spot for someone on the waitlist. Topics subject to change.

BridgePoint is a provincially approved eating disorder program that is funded by the Saskatchewan Health Authority providing program options that include intensive discovery, recovery and healing for people who are experiencing disordered eating. We take a holistic approach to the healing of eating disorders. This unique initiative uses a residential setting to provide support and tools for those with disordered eating.  The center is the only residential eating disorder program in Saskatchewan and is a hidden gem in the quaint setting of Milden, Saskatchewan.
