After 4 years in a row, I can say "Buon Natale" supper club it's a tradition!
It's a special one for me since I cook some of the dish my mom makes on Christmas and is also a little bet emotional since I rarely spend my Natale with my mom, and for me cooking her dishes makes think of her. Grazie Mamma!
Here it is a sample menu for the night:
Focaccia of course
Lenticchie e Salsiccia (braised lantils with barese sausage)
Bresaola(cured beef), Grana and Arugola
Baccala' (panfried lightly homemade salted cod with olives, capers and tomatoes)
Mafaldine colle Canocchie (curly fettuccine with "I don't know the name in english, kind of shrimps" sauce)
Orecchiette colle Braciolette al ragout (fresh pasta with small meat rolls)
Agnello al Forno (baked roasted Lamb)
Insalata e Patate al forno
Dolce di Ricotta, Dried figs stuffed with almond, and pandoro!
