Please note requests for cancellation must be made in writing. Cancellation requests must be received on or before Friday, January 4, 2013 at 12:00 pm ET. An administrative fee of $150.00 will be deducted from the refund for a full 3-day conference registration, and an administrative fee of $65.00 will be deducted from the refund for a 1-day conference registration. Refunds will be issued within two weeks after receipt of the written notice. Delegate substitutions are permissible. Please notify our offices if you intend to transfer your registration to another person. We please ask that you supply us with that person’s contact information. Changes to your conference registration must be made in writing. This may be subject to an administrative fee. The substitute delegate may be required to pay any difference in conference rate. NO REFUNDS ARE GRANTED AFTER JANUARY 4, 2013.
