Case Planning & Effectiveness
Front line staff and outreach workers are the first point of contact for individuals in need of emergency housing and support services. Case Planning & Ethics training helps frontline staff work more effectively through the development of skills that help them to identify and assess their client's needs. Shelter Net BC’s newly updated Case Planning & Ethics workshop teaches the case planning process through: skill-building group exercises, leading-edge film footage, case planning tools and techniques, and facilitated discussions.
