Clubs Fair
Each September, Student Group Services hosts Clubs Fair. As part of Week of Welcome, September Clubs Fair is a large event that showcases the many groups on campus. With over 100 groups participating per day, it is highly anticipated by student groups and a great way to promote!
Clubs Fair :: September 2015
September's Clubs Fair will run from September 1st to September 4th. The duration of the event will be outside in Quad with Week of Welcome activities!
CLUBS FAIR HOURS 2015
Tuesday - Friday (CCIS Quad) - 10:00am to 1:00pm AND 1:00pm to 4:00pm
Please note that groups are able to start setting up their tables 1 hour prior to the start of Clubs Fair! When you arrive you may head straight to your table and beginning setting up. We will come around and check every group in individually.
Methods of Payment
To pay for Clubs Fair you may choose one of two options:
- Pay via credit card through Eventbrite
- Click "Other Payment Options" and select pay by cash. You can pay by EXACT cash or student group cheque addressed to Student Group Services at the Student Life Central Desk (0-81 Lower Level SUB).
