The Guilt Free Zone is a music, performance and variety show presented in a unique platform that's never been seen in a show of this kind. Derek Miller and his traveling band of minstrels, mongrels, and misfits will cross the country, hitting six cities each season that is a haven for fun times with a simple rule that there is no guilt allowed. Enjoy the music, laugh at the comedy, stay up late, shut out the stresses of the day, the bad news, the negativity and just enjoy some quality time with Derek Miller and his revolving door of guests and recurring characters.

Big Soul Productions Inc.
Big Soul Productions Inc. is an independently owned and culturally diverse operated television, film, animation, and new media production company established in 1999 by Ojibway producer/entrepreneur Laura J. Milliken.
Big Soul Productions Inc. is dedicated to producing the highest quality productions bound for all screen sizes and audiences of all kinds. Big Soul Productions inc. was the first Aboriginal-owned production company to create and produce a dramatic series based entirely on Aboriginal themes and content for both APTN and mainstream network, Showcase Television. The series garnered the first-ever Best Dramatic Series Gemini nomination for Aboriginal producers in the history of the Academy of Canadian Cinema and Television.
We produce high-quality programming, MOW’s, music videos, promotional videos, industrials, documentaries and dramatic television series’ including 3 seasons of the Gemini nominated and award-winning "Moccasin Flats”. Our very first prime-time 2D comedy animation series "By The Rapids" began airing November 2008 on Aboriginal Peoples Television Network with a run of 27 episodes over four seasons. Located in the heart of downtown Toronto, we are a full service production company offering script, writing, project coordination, equipment rental, shooting, post production, graphics, online and offline, digital media management and final delivery for all broadcast and multi-media platforms.
Over the past three years we have produced video elements for the award winning National Aboriginal Achievement Awards, now known as "Indspire".
We are a very culturally diverse employer and on average maintain 8 eight core staff with two fully functioning studios which include an animation layout/rigging and design studio, a separate online and offline suite, a board room and administration offices. In high production we have the capacity to employ 10 – 60 people depending on production type and budget.
Currently, we are nearing development completion on three projects; an animated series in conjunction with MARBLE MEDIA entitled Snow Joe, a traveling talk show /variety program with DEREK MILLER entitled THE GUILT FREE ZONE and an exciting new dramatic series, THE NORTH END, a gritty inner city drama set in Winnipeg's North End community, that also explores supernatural and spiritual themes.
