An evening for all of your senses as the hottest culinary talents come together with Ottawa's finest musical tastes for a creative one-night-only menu and musical presentation.
The idea is simple: Chefs and DJ's are paired based on their specialties and expertise; The Freshly Chopped crew works with them to deliver a collaborative unforgettable dinning experience for your eyes, ears and tastebuds. With all of the details taken care of, you're free to have fun eating, listening, and enjoying the service and intimate vibe of the Freshly Chopped Supper Club inside your favourite Kitchen and Coffeehouse.
*The FCSC is limited to 60 seats in the winter, more in the summer patio/weather permitting
NOVEMBER EDITION: LOCAL TEA FUSION
For our inaugural supper club gathering FCSC curator Chef Justin Scott sets it off with a 3-course local + in season set menu totally infused with tea!
To compliment the meal Jas Nasty (an urban gardening /local food enthusiast who is currently the Community Garden Network of Ottawa intern) will be bringing her finest Ottawa/Gatineau record digs, with some international tips of the hat to tea!

1st Course-Soup: Roasted Butternut Squash made with Coconut Chai Tea, Coconut Milk & Cilantro
2nd Course-Main: Rotolo di Pollo alla Arcobaleno (Stuffed Chicken with Ricotta Cheese, Baby Spinach & Sun Dried Tomatoes) Orange Blossom Oolong tea Jus/Duchesse Potato/Rapini-Cauliflower
