About the Injury, Repair, Recovery Program
The Injury Repair Recovery (IRR) Program is unique in Canada because of its multidisciplinary culture in which more than 50 basic and clinical scientists, with their trainees and research staff, work in teams and shared facilities at the McGill University Health Center.
The research team is comprised of Basic Science researchers working on tools, devices and biomaterials and therapies, surgical outcomes and medical computing. Together they execute world leading multidisciplinary approaches to minimize the negative impact of surgical treatment on patients.
