Cancellation/Refund policy for Learning Sessions

Cancellation/Changes in sessions by The Business Link
The Business Link (TBL) endeavours to avoid canceling sessions. TBL reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a session due to speaker conflicts or low enrolment. We strive to advise registrants of any session changes two days before the session. If TBL cancels or changes a session, registrants will be offered the option of a full refund or transfer to the rescheduled session date (if applicable), or another session.

Cancellations/Refund request from clients
If a registrant wishes to cancel their registration, TBL requires two days (48hrs) notice before the session. The registrant will have the option of transferring their registration to another session. Refunds are not provided. Since many of the sessions are available by webcast and are recorded, there may be no need to cancel if the registrant is not able to attend in person or the live session. Refunds or transfers of registration will not be provided for sessions that were not attended or after the session has passed.
