Event Details

From growth to resilience, communities around the globe are exploring cooperative transitions to our future economy. What does an economy look like that is socially, ecologically and economically sustainable? What role can social enterprise, cooperatives, and credit unions play? What role can we play?

Join Mike Lewis, author of The Resilience Imperative: Co-operative Transitions to a Steady-State Economy, and community partners for a discussion of his new book and a celebration of the International Year of Cooperatives.

Doors open at 6:00pm for a cooperative meet and mingle where you can learn more about cooperatives and the benefits of membership. Snacks and refreshments will be served. Copies of The Resilience Imperative will be available for sale and signing. All are welcome to attend. There is no cost to attend this event.
