Leadership Challenges and Opportunities for the Next Decade
The Mindtrust Leadership Development Program (MLDP) has always been about the leadership journey – where you are now, where you want to be and what you can learn from what others experienced on their journey. The program was created because the founders were aware that it takes effort and focus to be a leader and that MLDP could give participants an early boost on their journey.
The Mindtrust Leadership Day is a celebration that continues to focus on leadership – your leadership journey – and provides another opportunity to focus on your leadership questions and issues.
- To gain further insight into leadership and share lessons and experience from those further along the path
- To celebrate and share your leadership experiences – including the bumps and successes along the way
- To network with colleagues from all points along the leadership journey
- To learn, connect and reconnect – get energized – have fun
For the group discussions, a list of topics (10 to 15) will be proposed with a brief description prior to the event and you will be asked to pick two. This event is open to anyone interested in leadership.
