Description

If the Gospel is rightly described as Good News, we must ask what the news is about. The answer Jesus gives is that it is “the good news of the kingdom of God” (Luke 4:43; Acts 8:12). The good news of the Gospel is that Jesus Christ is King of kings and Lord of lords, and that He is building His kingdom of righteousness among us.

The meaning of the Gospel has often been reduced to a message of personal salvation, resulting in the implications of the Gospel for the rest of creation being ignored or neglected.

In this year’s conference we will consider: What is the Gospel? What is God's ultimate plan for the world and mankind, and how do we fit into it? What does it mean to be salt of the earth and light of the world? In the light of the whole Gospel, what does it mean for Christians to be “in the world but not of it?”

We are excited to welcome the Rt. Rev. Dr. Bishop Michael Nazir-Ali, as well as Rev. Dr. Joe Boot, and Rev. Dr. David Robinson, as they consider the implications of "the whole counsel of God" (Acts 20:27).

Join us November 28th to rediscover the beauty and the glory of the whole counsel of God.
