This is an informative day of education and networking for parents and caregivers AND a day of fun friendship for children/youth with Neuromuscular disorders and their siblings or a friend! We have an exciting day planned for everyone. Some of the highlights are listed below:

Adult Program

9:30 a.m. What are the 'F-words' in Childhood Disability? Dr. Rosenbaum, Co-Founder of CanChild Come and learn about "The 'F-words' in Childhood Disability: I swear this is how we should think!" Inspired by over two decades of CanChild research and continual discussion amongst members of the CanChild family, the paper features six 'F-words' that the authors argue should be the focus in childhood disability - Function, Family, Fitness, Fun, Friends, and Future. https://vimeo.com/96903960

1:30 p.m. What's Current in Research - Dr. Craig Campbell, Paediatric Neurologist, LHSC
