Filmmakers Christina Zeidler and John Mitchell are making a movie: a lesbian romantic comedy called Portrait of a Serial Monogamist.  On November 5th we’re launching an Indigogo Campaign to raise the money to realize this project and we need your support!


In honour of a film about relationships we are inviting you to “One Night Stand: an evening of comedy & cabaret ” featuring:

Stand Up Comedian, Dawn Whitwell,

Second City Alumnus, Carolyn Taylor,

Drag Queen Superstars, Fluffy Souffle and Fay Slift,

and Vag Halen Front Woman, Vanessa Dunn,

and more special guests

Hosted by Stand Up Comedian and Lesbian Icon Elvira Kurt.

Portrait of a Serial Monogamist - Fundraiser and Indiegogo Campaign Launch

Portrait of A Serial Monogamist, is a lesbian romantic comedy about coming of middle age. Written and directed by Christina Zeidler and John Mitchell.

A forty-something lesbian and serial monogamist breaks up with her long-standing girlfriend, only to discover that her new love interest might not be interested in a relationship. Toronto is the backdrop for this romantic comedy about a woman forced to confront herself and the possibility that she broke up with the one she was meant to be with.
