Reiki Level I
Level I is the first level of Reiki. It involves the opening of our energy centers, primarily focuses on the physical body. The student will receive one symbol and be attuned to it. This class will be animal focused- you will still receive the material on how to perform Reiki on yourself and others,
along with additional information on performing Reiki on Animals.

Completing a Reiki Level I class and receiving an attunement from a Reiki Master enables you to give yourself Reiki treatments as well as non professionally to your friends and family. This is one of the wonderful advantages of Reiki. It works just as well on yourself as it does on others. The energy is immediately available after your attunement. Once you are attuned to Reiki it will be with you the rest of your life. It does not wear off and you can never lose it. While one attunement per level is all that is necessary to activate the ability to channel Reiki, additional attunements to levels already attained are beneficial.
