Stephane De Vuyst - SolidSHOT
SolidSHOT is a technology which encapsulates different alcohol beverages. The alcohol spheres can then be consumed with regular alcohol in several different ways at bars or parties. SolidSHOT was born out of the Hatchery at UofT in April 2012. The Hatchery helped our team get lab space for experiments and expertise from professors and grad students. Throughout the summer and the academic year, we have worked on developing a minimum viable product. We hope to have a product ready by this summer, so that we can start marketing it to bars.
