Gather under the stars in the Whalesbone garden to celebrate the best in local food, wine and culinary talent.
Chef greats Jamie Stunt and Charlotte Langley are teaming with winemaker Norman Hardie and his outstanding Prince Edward County wines to produce a culinary experience not to miss. Jamie Stunt, fresh off his 2012 Canadian Culinary Championship silver medal, and Charlotte Langley, previous head chef at the Whalesbone Oyster House, now at Toronto's Catch Restaurant, are preparing a harvest meal of epic proportions. The Garden Dinner will feature a 6+ course tasting menu and family style feast celebrating the best in sustainable seafood and local produce. Topping off this exceptional meal will be some very special magnum bottles of Norman Hardie’s new 2012 vintages.
