May I buy tickets for people other than myself?
Yes, you may. However, we will need the full and correct name for every guest attending, as well as the street address name of each child for their royal herald announcement into the ballroom.

How do I request seating arrangements?
All seating is assigned at The Princess Ball. In the new year, you will be contacted by email with instructions on how to complete a seating request. Please note that while we will work to accommodate your request, depending on circumstances, seating requests are not guaranteed. However, adults and the children in the party will never be separated.

Is my ticket transferrable?
Tickets can be transferred to another name, within the same ticket bracket, upon request. Please contact info@theprincessball.com with your name and email address, and the request. While we will work to accommodate your request, please note that, depending on circumstances and timing, transfer requests are not guaranteed.

What is the refund policy?
Every ticket for The Princess Ball is non-refundable. However, tickets can be transferred to another name, upon request. While we will work to accommodate your request, please note that, depending on circumstances and timing, transfer requests are not guaranteed.

Is the event suitable for children and infants?
Yes! The Princess Ball is designed for children, and is a lavish charity gala event for the whole family. All ages are welcome to attend, however, all children and / or infants must be accompanied by a responsible adult. A responsible adult is a person who has reached the age of 18. All children and / or infants must be adequately supervised. The Princess Ball reserves the right to request higher levels of adult supervision by way of additional adult tickets purchased.

Do I have to bring my ticket?
Yes, please ensure that you bring the printed ticket from www.eventbrite.ca for each member of your party from when you enter the event. If you wish to also bring your souvenir Princess Ball invitation to be signed by the Princesses, please feel free. However, you will also still need your www.eventbrite.ca ticket to gain entrance as all tickets need to be scanned prior to admittance.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Ample parking is available at The Liberty Grand complex, and the location itself is convenient to GO Train (Exhibition) and Toronto Transit Commission stops.
