INVITATION TO LEADERSHIP FORUM BREAKFAST

It is my pleasure to extend a personal invitation to you to our second Leadership Forum Breakfast with The Hon. Bardish Chagger, Member of Parliament for Waterloo. Bardish was elected to Parliament in 2015. She was appointed to Cabinet as Minister for Small Business and Tourism. In addition, she was recently appointed to the position of House Leader in August of 2016. The Leadership Breakfast will be November 8th gathering at 7:30 AM and adjourning by about 9:00 AM. It will be held in Keffer Chapel at Waterloo Lutheran Seminary at the corner of Albert and Bricker Streets in Waterloo on the campus of Wilfrid Laurier University.

We have organized these Leadership Breakfasts to talk about the role of faith in public life. We have asked speakers to address three questions. First, in your work so far what role have your seen faith communities playing? Secondly, what are the current issues that are on your agenda? Thirdly, what contribution can faith communities make to these issues? Following their remarks, we will then have an opportunity for questions and conversation.

It promises to be an interesting morning with an excellent conversation partner. This event is by invitation only. We have invited you as an important community leader to join this conversation.
