Event Details

Youth in Action: Healthy Eating and Physical Activity for Mental Health

This forum is intended for program managers, decision makers, frontline workers and youth leaders in community organizations serving young people at risk of, or living with, mental health and addiction issues.

Explore the role of physical activity and healthy eating in mental health promotion and recovery from mental illness

  • Hear from program leaders who run recovery-focused physical activity and healthy eating programs.
  • Learn about strategies, resources and new opportunities to promote mental health.
  • Network with other organizations serving at-risk youth in the Thunder Bay region.
