Traumatic Incident Reduction (TIR) -- Expanded Applications Workshop.

Consolidates and expands knowledge and skills gained in the first TIR workshop.

Introduces many additional techniques to address a wider variety of client circumstances:

    – disturbances (upsets, problems, and withheld communications)

    – relationship issues

    – grief from loss of a loved one or loss of a relationship

    – fragile or low ego-strength

    – addictions

    – complex traumas

Allows the practitioner to develop more varied and interesting case plans to address a greater variety of client issues.

Increases practitioner skills by providing co-facilitation opportunities, within the workshop, for delivering TIR and numerous expanded applications.

Provides an opportunity to network with other TIR facilitators.

Prerequisites: TIR Workshop

Price includes:  13% HST, workshop manual and instruction, and lunches and snacks for 4 days.

Continuing Education: credit hours granted by Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA) and Canadian Professional Counsellors Association (CPCA).
