We are pleased to invite you to a free informational Webinar on February 21st, from 12:30-1:30 pm to introduce Innoweave’s Impact and Strategic Clarity Module (http://www.innoweave.ca/en/modules/impact-and-strategic-clarity).  A new initiative of the J.W. McConnell Family Foundation, Innoweave helps community organizations implement innovative tools and processes that can help them work more efficiently and effectively.

The Impact and Strategic Clarity Module helps mission-driven organizations accelerate breakthrough social impact. Through a guided 6-month process, this module helps community organizations clarify what they aim to achieve, how they will achieve it, and how they will measure their success. Participating organizations define their intended impact and theory of change, then conduct an in-depth analysis of their own program data and examine external evidence to clarify where to strategically focus their efforts.

Innoweave is proud to offer this module to organizations across Canada, led by our Certified Innoweave Coaches. Participating organizations will participate in a guided Group Consulting process from April to September 2013. Three of our Coaches - Robin Cory, Margot Smart and Sally Fazal - will be working with organizations in Central Ontario specifically.

This webinar will provide more information about this module, the process, and the coaches, to help organizations determine whether this process is right for them.
