Feature Presentation: Using Sustainable Intelligence To Improve the Performance of Buildings
Sustainable Intelligence describes every facet of Oxford’s approach to sustainability - from identifying opportunities and establishing goals, through to implementing plans and measuring performance. It embodies Oxford’s commitment to acting in the best interests of its shareholders, tenants, communities, and employees.
In 2008 Oxford set out an ambitious, but achievable, goal to reduce the GHGs from its properties by 20% by the year 2012 (Target 2012). Oxford has reported publicly on its sustainability performance since 2008, and recently launched its first Sustainability Report which includes several new targets. Darryl will share details of Oxford’s Sustainable Intelligence program and Target 2012 commitment, case studies from across its portfolio, and insights into where Oxford is going next.
