NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

SEPTEMBER 8, 2010

 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of

 THE PROVINCIAL SPORT ORGANIZATIONS COUNCIL, operating as SPORT4ONTARIO, will be held: 

On       Wednesday, the 8^th day of September, 2010

At         12:00 noon. (“Eastern Standard Time”)

At         3 Concorde Gate, Boardroom 3 and 4, Toronto, Ontario M3C 3N7

for the following purposes: 

1.    To receive the reports of the Directors and any other person that the Directors determine shall or may make a report;

2.    To receive the Financial Statements for the fiscal year ended December 31^st, 2009, together with the Auditor’s Report in respect thereof;

3.    To appoint the Auditors for the ensuing year;

4.    To elect the Directors; and

5.    To transact such further or other business as may properly come before the Meeting.
