Based in the Ottawa/Gatineau area, Lead Action specializes primarily in Leadership Development. Our goal is to support our clients on their journey to reach their highest performance potential as a leader. Our company offers a wide range of Leadership Development programs and products for organizations and individuals and is an authorized distributor of a number of high quality instruments such as Insights Discovery and is a Network Partner of the Center for Creative Leadership. Leading our ever growing team are Francois Gagnon and Donald Burke. François and Donald both combine significant practitioners' experience of being in a number of executive positions and a long experience in Leadership Development, Adult Learning and Change Management with groups in Canada and abroad for levels ranging from Managers to Deputy Ministers. Working with our team are a number of business associates and consultants who have been selected for their competence, experience and ability to deliver on clients’ exacting needs.
