Randy is a Certified Professional Business Coach, a member of the Professional Business Coaches Alliance, a member of the Canadian Federation of Independent Businesses and the Greater Niagara Area Chamber of Commerce.

He has over 40 years of leadership experience in many for-profit and nonprofit businesses.  He has owned and operated his own small businesses and knows first hand the challenges and hurdles that every small to medium sized business owner faces. His management experience covers a wide scope from small business ownership to large international corporations.  He is also a two-time graduate of Ryerson University (Toronto) in Hospitality/Tourism Management and Nonprofit/Volunteer Management.He has served on numerous community, provincial and international boards and commissions.  

In his spare time, he can be found playing Bach fugues on his Rodgers organ, sailing the blue waters of Lake of the Woods in his sailboat TMB Fanny Dunker, cruising the Grenadines on a tall ship or digging up worms in the garden with his granddaughters.
