Robyn is the Managing Director, Client Relations for Smart Mint Search, where she develops and maintains long-term relationships with her clients in the renewable and sustainable industries. She has 8 years of success overall within the recruitment industry, and is an expert at filling all levels of positions within renewable and sustainable companies.

Robyn's client management and recruitment career began with Sterling-Hoffman Executive Search in their Life Sciences division, where she established and managed relationships with brand name biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical device companies across North America. While there, she worked with her clients to develop customized solutions for locating the right individual, often creating new strategies and systems that were adopted throughout the division.

Robyn leverages her diverse recruitment experience and her passion for the environment to bring her clients a unique staffing service that is unparalleled; fast, efficient, and enjoyable. Connecting a great company with the ideal employee - that is her ultimate goal.

Rebecca Hobbs:

is the Managing Director of Recruitment for Smart Mint Search, where she heads up the headhunting and recruitment efforts for renewable and sustainable companies. approaches every search from a creative perspective; each client is looking for a unique employee and the candidates she works with are looking for vibrant, innovative companies.

has been in the recruitment industry for more than a decade in both an internal and external capacity. She started her career working for a boutique agency in Victoria, BC where she was responsible for screening and selecting candidates for a large contract in the public sector. In 2007, she returned to her home city of Toronto and joined Hays; an international publicly traded recruitment consultancy, as a Corporate Recruiter. Filling roles across Canada, successfully increased the company’s national headcount from 80 to 240 staff in less than two years before returning to a recruitment consultant role and working with external clients and candidates.
