Join us for a 5km run on the North Vancouver spirit trail!
General Guidelines:
Everyone is encouraged to run at their own pace. However, we keep our pace at 6:30/km or faster.
Please arrive on time as we will not wait more than 5 minutes to leave.
Please do not bring your dog!
