Where can I park? // Où peut-on stationner ?

Accepted Answer

Street parking is available outside on 10 Daly Avenue. Alternatively, there are 2 parkades, one at the Rideau center and the other at the Novotel hotel./ Vous pouvez garer votre voiture devant le 10, avenue Daly. Il y a aussi deux stationnements à étages, l’un au Centre Rideau et l’autre au Novotel.

Question 2

Do we need to pack a lunch? // Faut-il que les enfants apportent leur propre goûter et collations ?

Accepted Answer

Yes, please pack a cold lunch and 2 nut free snacks. Lunch will be from 12-1 everyday. // Oui ! Il leur faudra un repas servi froid et deux collations sans noix. L’heure du diner est de midi à 13 h.

Question 3

Will you spend all day indoors? // Allez-vous passer tout votre temps à l’intérieur ?

Accepted Answer

Weather permitting, we will take our lunches on the Terrace. If there's a field trip organized, you will receive further information via email. // Selon le temps, nous dinerons à l’extérieur, sur la Terrasse. Pour les journées où une sortie est prévue, vous recevrez tous les détails par courriel.

Question 4

Are pre/post care included in the price? Est-ce qu’il y des frais de plus pour le service de garde?

Accepted Answer

Yes they are! Pre-care is available from 8:30 – 9:00 AM and post-care from 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM.   // Non ! Le service de garde est inclus dans le coût. Le service est offert de 8 h 30 à 9 h et de 16 h à 17 h.

Question 5

What is your refund policy? Est-il possible d’annuler une inscription et recevoir un remboursement?

Accepted Answer

Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to camps@oaggao.ca no less than one week prior to the start of the camp.// Pour obtenir un remboursement complet, les demandes d’annulation doivent être soumises par courriel à camps@oaggao.ca au moins une semaine avant le début du camp.
