About this Event

Stress is not caused by that deadline or time constraints or those people. It’s caused by your brain's perception of such circumstances and people. These stress inducing perceptions wreck havoc on our bodies, minds, energies and emotions - our bodies get burnt out, hold tensions and get sick, our minds feel scattered and uncertain, our energies get depleted and our emotions run high with anxiety and irritability. Sound familiar? There is hope! Tools abound to help us let go of stress!

Join Susan Ward of Pathways to Peace Yoga & Healing to discuss a wide range of strategies and tools to help deal with and let go of stress.

In this workshop Susan will guide you through a number of physical practices, breathing techniques, ways to reign in the busy thoughts to centre yourself at your core and to reset the mind. Plus, experience a guided deep relaxation technique that you can do on your own. Susan will also lead a guided meditation journey to find your inner peace.
