Week 1: Grounding + Relaxing Breath Blend

Description | This session is a guided breath work journey to create calm and stillness in our bodies and busy lives. We will explore the basics of breath, the power of awareness, and learn to use breath in everyday situations to respond, not react, and live in the moment.

Meet Your Presenter | Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Social Work and is a Certified Personal Trainer, Hungry for Happiness Wellness Coach, and Pause Breathwork Facilitator. She hosts The Reel Life Freedom podcast and is a Wellness Leader working with humans who have a desire to bring wellness and presence to their life.
