Bounce Back Better; Building Resilience for Success and Well-being
Louisa Jewell, Speaker, Author, Well-being expert and founder of the Canadian Positive Psychology Association, will share how you can build your resilience muscles for higher levels of success and well-being. Louisa will discuss evidence-based strategies for how to bounce back from adversity quickly so you can get more done in this world and stay motivated for the next challenge. Louisa will share how to reframe adversity so you can gain the insights and wisdom necessary to take you to new heights. Finally, she will share the latest research on what fuels positive mental strength to build resilience for future performances. Louisa’s strategies are backed in science and her wisdom gained in over 17 years in business and as an executive are what make her message powerful and memorable. Hilariously funny, Louisa does not only inform, she entertains people with her deeply personal stories that people can easily relate to.

Cancellations must be made in writing and received on or before Monday, November 21, 2016. An administration fee of $25 will be deducted from the refund, which will be issued after the conference.

As a not-for-profit organization, YES (Youth Employment Services) enriches the community by providing English-language support services to help Quebecers find employment and start and grow businesses.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for any workshop series and French courses must be received two business days before the start of the FIRST workshop in the series. A $15 administration fee will be deducted from the refund. Workshop payments of $20 or less are non-transferable and non-refundable. We reserve the right to deny future services. Workshop speakers can change without notice.
Please note for all evening workshops beginning at 6:30PM: Doors open at 6:00PM and the workshop begins at 6:30PM sharp. Due to the nature of the event and to minimize disruption, the center doors close at 7:00PM - latecomers will not be admitted.
