In order to offer the safest environment for all participants, SFU is following the Provincial Health Orders and ensuring that the safest protocols are implemented. Each graduand may register up to two guests to participate in-person and registrations are mandatory and non-transferable.
Guest information is required so that they can be contacted directly with our health and safety protocols and other information about convocation. Guests will be pre-assigned to their seat(s) based on registration date. No physical tickets are required. If you need accessible seating, please note that on the registration form.
PROOF OF VACCINATION & BC VACCINE CARD
All guests must show proof of vaccination, including international guests and individuals from outside British Columbia, who don't have B.C. ID are required to show proof of vaccination. Individuals from other Canadian provinces or territories must show: Provincially/territorially officially recognized vaccine record and valid government photo ID. International visitors must show: Proof of vaccination they used to enter Canada (like ArriveCAN) and their passport at the entrance to facilities.
