CSPA General Meetings are held on the fourth Wednesday of each month during the regular school year. We do not hold meetings in December or June, and meetings in March are dedicated to School Councils only. Meetings begin at 7pm. Meetings will be moving towards a hybrid model of some meetings being offered in-person at the OCSB Offices at 570 West Hunt Club Road in the CEC Boardroom, as well as via Google Meet. While only CSPA Representatives from each School Council are able to vote at our meetings when required, you do not need to be a CSPA Representative to attend our meetings. We are YOUR Catholic School Parents' Association in Ottawa. Our purpose is to seek an education of the highest quality for each child in the Ottawa Catholic School Board. We foster and support Catholic education by providing a platform for communication between education decision-makers and Catholic School Councils. We do this by distributing information to School Council parents on a wide range of complex educational issues, hosting events on topics of interest for parents, and by assisting parents in becoming active partners in education & effective advocates for their children.
