Do I need to read the entire book before the program starts?

No. We’ll move through the material together week by week.

You’re welcome to read ahead, but it’s absolutely not necessary. This experience is designed to help you integrate the teachings in a grounded, embodied way instead of just intellectually consuming them.

Do I need to already understand Dr. Sue Morter’s work?

Not at all.

Whether you’re brand new to Dr. Sue’s teachings or have followed her work for years, this circle is designed to meet you where you are.

The focus is not on “getting it right.”
It’s on experiencing the practices and beginning to embody them.

What if I’ve done a lot of spiritual work already?

Honestly, this program is especially powerful for women who already know a lot spiritually.

Many spiritually-minded women understand the concepts intellectually but still feel stress, overwhelm, emotional reactivity, or disconnect in daily life.

This work helps bridge the gap.

What if I’m overwhelmed and don’t have much time?

That’s actually one of the reasons this work is so powerful.

The practices are intentionally simple, practical, and easy to integrate into everyday life.
This is not about adding more pressure to your life.
It’s about increasing your capacity, coherence, and energy so life feels lighter.

What if I can’t attend live?

Replay access is included.

That said, attending live whenever possible is highly encouraged because there is something powerful about experiencing the healing work, embodiment practices, and group field in real time.

Is this therapy?

No.

This is an embodiment-based spiritual and energetic healing circle focused on coherence, integration, breathwork, awareness, and practical application of the teachings in The Anatomy of Awakening.

Will there be coaching or healing support during the calls?

Yes.

In addition to discussion and embodiment practices, there may also be live coaching, energetic guidance, and remote BEST or Spiritual BEST support when appropriate.

Each session will unfold organically based on the needs of the group.

What makes this different from a normal book study?

This is not just a discussion-based book club.

This is a live embodiment experience.

You won’t simply talk about the concepts—you’ll practice them.

The goal is not more information.

The goal is coherence.

What book do I need?

You’ll need your own copy of The Anatomy of Awakening by Dr. Sue Morter.

You may use either the physical book or audiobook version.

The book is purchased separately and is available on Amazon.

This work is spiritual and embodiment-based, but not tied to any religion or belief system.

I’m highly sensitive/emotional. Is this work supportive for that?

Yes.

In fact, many highly sensitive women find this work deeply grounding and empowering because it helps them build greater internal capacity instead of feeling overwhelmed by their emotions or external environment.

You begin learning how to work with your energy instead of fighting against it.

How long will I have access to the replays?

If you're a member of the BALM, you have access as long as you remain a member. For anyone taking the book study outside of the Balm, replays will be available for six months.

Is this included in the BALM?

Yes.

BALM members receive access to the entire 6-week experience as part of their membership at no additional cost.

What if part of me already knows I’m meant to do this?

Accepted Answer

Then trust that.

Not every opportunity creates a full-body response.
