Presenter: Andrew Mertens, DTM has been a Toastmaster for 10 years and has held most roles within a club and is active at the District level in various capacities. Andrew is a member of 3 clubs and really enjoys the evaluation aspect of the education program. His passion for evaluations has spilled over into conducting workshops as he firmly believes that a club grows best when effective evaluations are delivered to help the speakers grow and become more impactful every time they speak.
