Event description

Description

Lupus is rare auto-immune disease that exists in many forms. Commonly known as the disease of a 1000 faces, those afflicted experience extreme pain, tissue damage, and often organ failure. Uncertainty lies in the progression of the disease, and presently there is no cure.

What can we do?

Ring the A.L.A.R.M. and join us for an informative workshop and fundraiser for Lupus Ontario.

LunchBREIKI, Lupus Ontario, special guests from Hypno Healing Institute, and others will speak on the treatments that exist for people with lupus and offer Reiki Therapy sessions at no cost for guests in attendance.

This 1st Annual Lupus Awareness Reiki Mending Event (A.L.A.R.M) features health professionals from the alternative health care industry who will offer energy work treatments to guests in attendance; both those living with lupus and the loved ones who support them.

On Sunday, November 26, 2017 join us as we introduce a number of non-invasive restorative modalities to people living with lupus coping with the stressors or flare-ups of the disease.

Whether you have lupus or not, guests attending this free, informative workshop and fundraiser will get to experience peace of mind, relaxation and fun!

Donations (cash and electronic payments) are accepted for Lupus Ontario and tax receipts will be issued at your request. Proceeds will go to Lupus Ontario to be used for further research and awareness.

Thanks in advance for joining us!

REGISTRATION TAKES PLACE AT 10:30AM.
