Conscious Connected Breathwork is an ancient modality that is beginning to be understood by modern neuroscience and psychoneuroendocrinology, which is the study of how the mind, body, and emotions are related and one. Conscious connected breathwork is used to regulate the nervous system, heal trauma, or help individuals find clarity and access highly neuroplastic flow states .
The practice is accessible for all, and though it is powerful, it is also gentle, and guided by trained facilitators who are there to support and hold space.
Yoga mats and blankets are provided, but feel free to bring anything to make yourself comfortable
