Description
Be a part of an exciting new movement focused on improving food accessibility in your community!
Have you heard about the Vancouver Food Asset Map?
The tool has been developed through the utilization of google maps as a platform, and is accessible with any smart device. The map highlights the many food resources available in our community. We are hoping to increase awareness and promote the use of this valuable tool. Mapping food assets is a useful method for bringing forth the strengths, gaps and areas for improvement in local food systems. Community service providers, such as yourselves, can use these maps to help your clients access food, enhance food literacy and build community connections.
