Description

Join Momentum Fitness for a fun and rewarding 20 for 20 fitness challenge to kickstart your new year. This means 20 workouts for 20 days to start your year off right. We encourage everyone to join as the workouts and challenges are geared towards all fitness levels and abilities. Whether you’ve never joined a gym before or you’re very comfortable working out, this challenge will be great for you in achieving your fitness goals.
The 20 for 20 Challenge will be fun and rewarding, but it will also be motivational and educational – giving you new ideas and inspiration for your workouts.
Here’s a rundown of what’s included:
  • Use of (access to) Momentum Fitness for 20 days, zero contracts or added fees
  • Workouts and fun exercise challenges will be emailed to you every day for 20 days straight (instructional exercise videos are included)
  • Expert guidance from our amazing coaches
  • Connect and engage with other challengers and be a part of a thriving fitness community
  • Complete all 20 days/challenges or just the ones that you can
  • A final celebration to reward your 20 days of achievements
  • Prizes, discounts and gifts for all participants
The challenge is taking place at three of our locations: Dundas, George Street & Ottawa Street.

You don’t have to be a member to participate. This challenge welcomes Momentum Fitness members, friends, family, and the rest of our community to participate.
