4-H Canada wishes to extend a warm invitation to attend our Annual General Meeting
We are pleased to announce that this year’s AGM is taking place June 11-12 in Fredericton, New Brunswick.
It has been a whirlwind year for the 4-H movement in Canada! Attending the AGM is a great way to learn more about the significant advancements we have made as a movement over the past year. You will be the first to see the redesigned, re-energized 4-H clover logo which comes on the heels of many years of discussion and consultation. You will also have the opportunity to hear how 4-H Canada’s program offerings have grown in 2014-15 by 260%. And you can participate in discussions on how 4-H in Canada is poised to advance positive youth development to support our next generation of leaders.
We hope you will attend the 2015 4-H Canada AGM to help us continue building momentum for our 25,000 youth and 7,700 volunteer leaders across Canada!

Lunch will be served at Potato World Harvest Cafe.
In the afternoon everyone will tour HSF Foods Ltd. and take a tour of Mountain View Packers Ltd. Dinner that night will be served at Hillspring Farms Ltd. - located in the fertile potato growing region of N.B. After dinner everyone will have the opportunity to explore the Longest Covered Bridge in the world (Hartland NB) as well as visit the World's Largest Axe which stands 66 feet high and contains seven tons of stainless steel.
4-H Canada AGM Banquet
The 4-H Canada AGM Banquet is an opportunity to honour 4-H Canada supporters, recognize the past year's accomplishments, and celebrate the future of 4-H in Canada. Join us for a unique New Brunswick-inspired meal while 4-H members share how 4-H has positively impacted their lives.
4-H Night in the Country

PARTNERS PROGRAM
Are you planning to build a vacation around your time at the 4-H AGM? Do you have a partner, spouse, or friend who isn’t attending meetings during the 4-H AGM, but is interested in traveling to Fredericton, NB with you? If so, we are pleased to offer our Partner Program. The Partner Program allows your traveling companion to take in the sights and activities while you are busy attending meetings. The following activities are available through the Partner Program:
June 11, 9:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.- Partners' Tour ($15)
Spend the day touring the New Brunswick Legislative Assembly Building and watch part of question period. We will then head over to the Beaverbook Art Gallery - the provincial Art Gallery of New Brunswick, followed by a tour of downtown Fredericton.
Everyone will have the opportunity to venture around and find lunch before heading back to the hotel for the 4-H Canada Brand Launch!
After the brand launch we will head back out and take a tour of Old Government House - home of New Brunswick's Lieutenant Governor. Our tour will then move to Fredericton City Hall, Clockworks, and Bicentennial Tapestries. We will then return to the hotel for the 4-H Canada Banquet.
June 12, 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.- Partners Tour ($25)
New Brunswick is awash in quaint and interesting little communities. It is impossible to visit them all in one day but we are certainly going to try!
The tour will start with a 4-H Road trip to York and Charlotte Counties to share our pride and heritage with you. Plans include traveling to the historic McAdam Railway Station for a tour and nutrition break and then on to St. Andrews By-the-Sea via St. Stephen, fondly known as "Canada's Chocolate Town" - home of Ganong Brothers, the inventors of the first chocolate bar. In St. Andrews you will note that this historic little seaside town is well preserved with many of its original buildings and the famous Algonquin Resort. Here you will have lunch on your own as you explore the many restaurants, boutiques, shops, markets and other sites in this historic town before returning to the Crowne Plaza Hotel in time to depart for the 4-H Night in the Country.
