This one-of-a-kind program is offered free of charge to over 60 students a year thanks to the generous support of donors like you.

1) What is Augmented Education program?
The Augmented Education Program at George Brown College is an employment-focused training model combining elements of supported education that prepare students for the workforce and assists them in securing competitive employment. Currently, we are able to offer both a culinary stream (Assistant Cook Extended Training) and a construction stream (Construction Craft Worker Extended Training).
To date, we have empowered over 428 people with the skills they need to care for themselves. The student success rate has been remarkable. In 2015, 86 percent of graduates were still employed six months after graduation.
The Augmented Education Program is the only known program of its kind in North America. Help us to build a kinder, more accepting and open community.
