Register today for the 3rd Annual
Move for Mental Health Run at Humber Lakeshore Campus!
On Wednesday October 12, 2016, show your support for mental health awareness and learn about what services your campus has to offer to help.
This run/walk will start behind C/D Cottage at Lakeshore and weave its way down to the water before cutting back towards the college for the finish line. Everyone is encouraged to attend this free event. An accessible shorter route is also available.
This is not a fundraising event, rather an awareness campaign and the chance for the community to come together.
**The event begins at 12:30pm with a short opening ceremony, however we encourage all participants to join us, and run or walk at your preferred/available time.
**There is no official start time - we hope to promote participation, support and awareness for mental health throughout the event.
**Please note the latest course start time for all participants is 2pm. Participants arriving after 2pm will not be able to access the course.
