This course will develop your skills in quality assurance and control and prepare you to write the certification exam with the American Society for Quality (ASQ). The Quality Assurance and Control Training course is designed by the instructor for those who are looking for a job in the quality assurance industry or want to prepare for Six Sigma Foundation. Course content includes, quality concepts and tools, metrology and calibration, advanced statistical techniques, ethics and more.

Certified Quality Auditor:
- Ethics, Professional Conduct and Liability Issues; Audit Preparation and Performance; Corrective Action, Follow-up and Closure: Audit Program Management
Certified Quality Engineer:
- Management and Leadership in Quality Engineering; Quality Systems Development, Implementation and Verification; Planning, Controlling, and Assuring Product and Process; Quality Reliability and Risk Management; Problem Solving and Quality Improvement
Is this for me?
Pure or applied science knowledge, knowledge of MS Word and Excel, CLB 6-7; knowledge of MS Project is helpful.

The first program, in 1983, was an office training program that successfully led all its first graduates, a group of women from Southeast Asia, into full-time employment.
