Welcome to the 2017 Alberta Student Leadership Summit! Presented by Studentcare and the University of Alberta Students' Union.
This year's theme is Harnessing Courage, and encourages all leaders to take the necessary risks to improve themselves and their community. You can look at this year's schedule to see what we have planned for you - sessions will be populated as they are confirmed!
What is included with my registration?
Your registration includes admission to all regular conference events, and lunch on January 28th.
Is there a minimum age or education requirement to enter the event?
The Alberta Student Leadership Summit is open to all secondary and post-secondary students, as well as community members. There are no age requirements.
Are there bursaries available to cover the cost of the conference?
Yes! If you are in financial need, there are a limited amount of full and partial bursaries available to cover the cost of conference registration. If you would like to apply, please fill out the form here. The deadline to apply for a bursary is January 15, 2017.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
The University of Alberta is accessible by numerous transit routes from Edmonton, St. Albert and Sherwood Park. To plan your trip, check out Google Maps.
For attendees who would like to drive to the event, you can consult the University Parking Services website for rates and locations of parking.
In order to keep ASLS green, we encourage all attendees to take public transit or car pool!
I need accommodations, such as an ASL interpreter. Is this possible?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org before you register, and we will do our best to accommodate you. The deadline for all accommodation requests is January 1, 2017.
What should I bring to the Conference?
You should bring a pen, a notebook and any other materials you may need to record your thoughts during the day. It's also a good idea to bring a reseable coffee mug or waterbottle!

What's the refund policy?
Please submit all refund requests through email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The deadline for refund requests is Sunday, January 15 at 11:59PM.
