2017 Camp Mini-Yo-We Fundraising Dinner

Join us for this historic gathering of Mini-Yo-We supporters, including alumni, family & friends! The night includes a silent auction, fun program, a great dinner and more!

Q. Who is this event intended for?
A. We welcome anyone who is a friend of Camp Mini-Yo-We! Whether you are an alumni, a donor, camper parents or current summer staff, we encourage you to attend! The event includes a great dinner program, a silent auction and a free will offering at the end of the night to support the ministry of Camp. We are hoping that 2017 is the largest gathering of Camp Mini-Yo-We alumni to date!
Q. Do you have a refund policy for ticket sales?
A. We offer 100% refunds on ticket sales until two weeks prior to the event (April 7, 2017). If you require a refund please contact us at email@example.com. After April 7, 2017 we will not be providing refunds for tickets.
Q. How can me or my company donate to your silent auction?
A. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 705-385-2629. Please note that donations received before April 1, 2017 will receive public recognition on the night of the dinner if they so wish. You can fill out our online auction form at https://goo.gl/forms/uxJUCuNS3pTsxn322.
Q. I can't make it to the dinner this year! Is it possible to make a donation in lieu of attendance?
A. Yes! Donations can be made online at campmyw.com/give or by cheque payable to Camp Mini-Yo-We and sent to 1878 Muskoka Road 10 West, Port Sydney, ON P0B 1L0.
Q. How can I sponsor the cost of more than one table?
A. Please contact us at email@example.com and we would be happy to assist you in sponsoring a table. Please note that if you purchase tickets through Eventbrite you are required to list the names and dietary restrictions of your party at the time of registration.
