eACH (eLearning Alliance of Canadian Hospitals)
eACH is a small group of teaching hospitals in Toronto that originally formed to purchase a shared Learning Management System (LMS). From this initial sharing venture, the group has evolved to share everything from knowledge about eLearning design, development and implementation to sharing eLearning courses themselves.
The group meets every other month to provide updates on what each hospital is doing, “show and tell” their latest courses, and discuss issues around course development, LMS implementation, and incorporating eLearning into the hospital culture.
Guest presenters are often invited from organizations so that alliance members can communicate the needs of their hospitals in a unified voice and keep on top of new eLearning initiatives in other organizations.
