2017 SEMINARY Commencement Ceremony Tickets

46th Ambrose University SEMINARY Commencement Ceremony
04:00pm Saturday April 29th, 2017

All guests attending the commencement ceremony will require a ticket to enter. Please bring your tickets with you.

When will the doors open?

Ushers will open the door at approximately 1:00am

Parking
On campus parking is free of charge in all campus parking lots; no permits required. We ask for your cooperation in following the instruction received from our parking attendents.

Do graduates require a ticket for the commencement ceremony?

No, as you are the star of the show tickets are only required for your guests.

Are children able to attend the commencement ceremony?

Children who sit in a lap during the entire ceremony do not require a ticket. Children who require their own seat will require a ticket.

Are strollers permitted in the athletic centre?

Due to space constraints and safety regulations, no strollers are allowed into Athletic Centre. Guests attempting to park strollers in this area will be required to remove them.

Wheelchair accessible seating for Guests

Limited wheelchair accessible seating is available on a first come, first served basis. Please call our reception desk at 403-410-2000 no later than Wednesday April 27 to make seating arrangements. A minimum of one companion seat will be provided with a wheelchair accessible seating ticket. Addtional seats are not guarantueed.

Limited Mobility Seating for Guests

Guests with limited mobility concerns are eligible to sit in limited mobility seating that requires minimal or no stair climbing.These seats are available on a first come, first served basis. A minimum of one companion seat will be provided with a limited mobility seating ticket. Addtional seats are not guarantueed. Please call our reception desk at 403-410-2000 no later than Wednesday April 27 to make seating arrangements.

Photos and Video taking

There is no deisgnated area from which guests may take photographs or video during any part of the hooding or commencement ceremony. Guests are requested to keep in mind the experience of all the families present and to remain in their seats until the conclustion of the ceremonies. A professional photo will be taking offical photos of each granduate as they walk the stage. These will be mailed to grads a few weeks after the ceremony.

Pop up Flower Shop

Flowers will be available for purchase on campus prior to each of the commencment ceremonies at a variety of price points.

Cafeteria

Cafeteria will be open for food and beverage service.

Reception

President Gordon T. Smith, faculty and staff look forward to meeting graduates and their
guests at a light reception in the Sylvester Atirum immediately following the ceremony.
